In HALOS Vault, teams are groupings of users and devices. While they can also be referred to as sites, tenants, or pools, we generally use the term teams across our platform and documentation.
Currently, teams can’t be created or edited directly in Vault by users. If you need to create a new team or make changes to an existing one, please contact our Support Team at support@halosbodycams.com. We’re actively exploring ways to bring more of this functionality into the platform for easier management.
