Creating and managing the structure for your users and cameras

If you are an Org Admin or IT Admin user, you have the ability to create and edit suborgs and teams under your organization.
Once a team is created under a suborg, it can't be moved to another suborg. It can be renamed as long as no videos have been uploaded against it. If you need to rename a team for a reason other than accidental renaming initially, we recommend creating a new team and moving all users and cameras to it as it keeps the footage separate (e.g. you name teams for each customer they work on and an existing team is switching to support a new customer). If you really need to rename an existing team, please raise a support ticket.
