      Managing your cameras

      Guide on where to view and manage your cameras in Vault

      A camera must be assigned to a user to upload footage to Vault

      To view or manage your cameras

      1. Log in to your account via the Halo Vault login page:
        1. UK Login: app.halovault.cam
        2. US Login: app.halovault.us
      2. Navigate to the Cameras section from the sidebar menu. Here, you will be able to see a list of all registered cameras. Each item in the list includes details such as:
        1. Serial Number: The unique identifier assigned to the camera 
        2. Checked Out By: The username of the person currently assigned to the camera 
        3. Checkout Date: The date and time the camera was checked out by the user 
        4. Registration Date: The date and time the camera was registered
        5. Last Upload: The date and time the camera last uploaded 
        6. Pool: The group / team assigned to the camera 
        7. Camera Status: For Horizon cameras on our latest updates, you will see additional information about the camera like battery life. Read more about Camera Status here.
      3. Use the Filter to help you find a specific camera (e.g. to show all unassigned cameras)

      4. To view details or assign/unassign a camera, click on the camera you are interested in. This will open a more detailed view of the selected camera   

      5. You can also transfer the camera to another team you're a supervisor of. If the currently assigned user is in that team as well, the camera will remain assigned to them. Otherwise it will unassign the camera and you will need to assign a new user from that team.
