Guide on how to livestream video and audio from your body camera
Please Note: This functionality is only available on camera on the latest firmware version. If you are interested in enabling this feature for your cameras, please register your interest here
Livestreaming allows you to stream audio and video from your body camera to Vault.
To view a livestream:
- Log into your account via the Halo Vault login page:
- Europe/UK Login: app.halovault.cam
- US Login: app.halovault.us
- Navigate to the Livestream section from the sidebar menu
- If a camera of a team you have access to is currently livestreaming, it will appear in the Streams table
- Click the play icon button under the Action column, this will open a view of the livestream.
- Livestreams are muted by default. To unmute click the volume button near the bottom right corner of the stream.

If the livestream terminates before you exit the tab, the screen may appear black and you will no longer be able to view the footage
