      Viewing a livestream

      Guide on how to view a livestream in Vault

      Please Note: This functionality is only available on cameras with the latest firmware version. Reach out to our support team if you wish to have this feature enabled


      Livestreaming allows you to stream audio and video from your body camera to Vault. 

      To view a livestream: 

      1. Log into your account via the HALOS Vault login page:
        1. Europe/UK Login: app.halovault.cam
        2. US Login: app.halovault.us
      2. Navigate to the Livestream section from the sidebar menu 

      3. If a camera of a team you have access to is currently livestreaming, it will appear in the view as shown above 
      4. Click the Open Stream button for a stream you want to view. The stream will open in a new page as shown below

         

      Please note: If the livestream terminates before you exit the tab, the screen may appear black as shown below and you will no longer be able to view the footage
