Our dashboard feature in Vault gives you a centralised overview of your team's camera usage, helping you monitor activity and analyse trends.

To view your usage data:
- Log in to your account via the HALOS Vault login page:
- UK Login: app.halovault.cam
- US Login: app.halovault.us
- Navigate to the Dashboard section from the sidebar menu
- Use the dropdown filters near the top right to refine data by organisation, team or date range. The dashboard will automatically update based on your selected filters. You will only have access to data of teams you are assigned.
- Use the "View By" filter on relevant charts to change how data is grouped (i.e. by day, week, hour of day or day of week). Weeks start on Sunday
Understanding your Dashboard Metrics

Date and time the dashboard was last updated. Currently, data is available for the past 90 days up to midnight of the current day |
| Total Teams | The total number of teams associated with the selected organisation and team(s) |
| Total Users | The total number of users associated with the selected organisation and team(s) |
| Total Cameras | The total number of cameras associated with the selected organisation and team(s) |
| Total Uploads Over Time | The total number of uploads associated with the selected organisation and team(s), within the specified date range grouped by day, week, hour of day or day of week. Weeks starts on Sunday. |
| Total Powered-On Cameras Over Time | The total number of powered-on cameras associated with the selected organisation and team(s) within the specified date range grouped by day, week, hour of day or day of week. Weeks starts on Sunday. |
| Total Evidential | The total number of evidential uploads associated with the selected organisation and team(s) within the specified date range |
| Total Uploaded Duration | The total uploaded duration associated with the selected organisation and team(s) within the specified date range |
| Total Daily Uploads | The total number of daily uploads associated with the selected organisation and team(s) within the specified date range |
| Total Uploads by Camera Serial | The total number of uploads and duration for each camera in the selected organisation and team(s) within the specified date range |
| Vault User Activity | The total number of vault actions performed by each user (logins, asset views, plays downloads and lightbox views) and their most recent login, within the selected organisation and team(s) during the specified date range |
