Viewing camera status information in Vault

Guide on how to view key health, network and device details for each camera

You can view camera status information directly within Vault. This helps you monitor camera health, network activity and device configuration, making it easier to troubleshoot issues and keep your fleet in check.

Note

  • Camera status information is only available for Horizon camera models running the latest camera software. Status fields are not currently available for Nano cameras
  • To ensure your camera is up to date, please reboot the device and confirm it has a strong network connection to receive updates.
  • An internet connection is required for the camera to report its latest status.
  • If your Horizon camera continues to not report on status for all values, please contact our support team for assistance.
