Viewing and tracking your camera locations

Guide on how to view a camera's GPS location on LiveMap

Requirements

  • LiveMap and live tracking are only supported on S3 Horizon cameras running script version 19.0.0 or later (Nano devices are not supported). To check your camera's script version: Go to the Cameras page in Vault > Select the camera > Navigate to the Systems tab under Details and look for Script Version
  • GPS must be configured for your device. If you are interested in enabling this feature for your cameras, please reach out to our support team at support@halosbodycams.com
  • Cameras must have a stable internet connection (Wi-Fi or 4G)
  • Cameras must have a stable GPS signal indicated by a green icon on screen. If the signal is weak or unavailable, the camera may not record location or have inaccurate jumps between points. This commonly happens indoors or near tall buildings.
