Guide on where to view the audit history of a video
The audit trail of a video allows you to view a historical log of events related to the video since its upload e.g. metadata updates, downloads etc.
To view the audit trail of a video:
- Log in to your account via the Halo Vault login page:
- UK Login: app.halovault.cam
- US Login: app.halovault.us
- Navigate to the Videos section from the sidebar menu.
- Click on the video of the audit trail you want to view. This will open a more detailed view of the selected video
- Click on the ellipses / '...' button above the video
- Select View Audit Trail from the selection box
- The audit trail will be displayed. Here, you will be able to see all logged events, when they occurred and the user linked to the event. You can also download the audit trail by clicking the Download as CSV button in the top right
