If your camera is not uploaded, please check the following:
- Cameras must be assigned to a user in Halo Vault to upload videos. Please read Assigning your cameras to ensure your camera has been correctly assigned
- Check your camera connectivity:
- Wi-fi: Ensure the wi-fi icon on the camera is white, not grey.
- 4G: Ensure the 4g icon on the camera along with signal bars are showing.
- Multi-dock charger: Ensure your dock is connected to an ethernet port
