I'm getting a H.265 playback error?
If you've received an error message stating 'This device may not support correct playback of H.265 videos,' your current browser may not support it.
Videos in Vault are streamed using H.265 to improve streaming efficiency, helping with performance and storage. However, not all browser and devices will support H.265, which can cause playback issues.
For optimal video playback, we recommend using Google Chrome.
Alternatively, if you prefer Microsoft Edge, please install the H.265 extension to enable playback.
If playback still doesn't work, you can download the video, which is provided in MP4 format.
