If your router supports it, using WPS is the easiest method. Refer to the 'WPS Manual' in the Manuals section for guidance.
If WPS is not an option, please contact support@haloeurope.com.
- We will either send out the new Wi-Fi configuration to your camera (This must be connected to an existing Wi-Fi for the camera to receive the update).
- If this isn’t possible, a remote session may be required for the Support Team to add a new Wi-Fi network to your camera(s).
