Adding videos or assets to a case file

Guide on how to add videos or assets to a case file

What is a case file / lightbox?
Case files (previously known as Lightboxes) allow you to create a collection of videos and assets that can be shared with other users  

To add videos or assets to a case file:

1. Log in to your account via the Halo Vault login page:
   1. UK Login: app.halovault.cam
   2. US Login: app.halovault.us
2. Ensure the case file you want to add to is set as the default. Please read Setting a case file as default
3. Navigate to the Videos or Assets section from the sidebar menu. Here, you will be able to see a list of videos or assets that have been uploaded
4. Tick the checkboxes next to the videos or assets to add to the case file
5. Once you have made your selections, click the Add to Case File button at the top. The selected videos or assets should be automatically added to the default case file
