Adding users to HALOS Vault

Guide on how to add users to HALOS Vault

To add users to HALOS Vault:

1. Log in to your account via the HALOS Vault login page:
   1. Europe/UK Login: app.halovault.cam
   2. US Login: app.halovault.us
2. Navigate to the Teams section from the sidebar menu. Here, you will be able to see a list of Teams related to your account
3. Select the team to add a user. This will open up a view of all users currently in that team 
4. Click the Add User button in the top right.
   
   
   
   
5. A prompt will appear to enter the email address, name and log on name of the user. Enter those details as required
6. If you would like the user to be able to log in to review their own footage then tick the Can Login checkbox. You will be asked to enter an initial password for the user
7. Click Save to add the new user to the team
8. The added user will have to change the password when they first login to Halo Vault
