How do I share footage with external users?

To share videos and assets with internal or external users, you will need to create a Case File (previously known as Lightbox) in Vault and update the sharing configuration. 

A Case File allows you to create a collection of videos and assets that need to be shared with other users (e.g. police, solicitors etc.)
